Nuuvem is one of the largest digital distribution platforms in Latin America. We are moving into becoming a universal platform to buy, discuss and interact about games globally.


We want to reach our next level! To do that, we need a Sales Acquisition & Partnerships (BizDev) Intern focused on helping us schedule and increase sales opportunities across PC, Mobile, and Web. You'll additionally be tasked with assisting our team in onboarding new partnerships, set up our monthly promotional calendar, assist in our catalog management and stock inventory, and assist the sales reporting process with our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Help organize Nuuvem's promotional calendar, as well as come up with new sales initiatives;
  • Assist in revising, adjusting and launching discounts via Nuuvem’s internal tools;
  • Assist as a point of contact between Nuuvem and our partners, assisting in their needs and bringing new sales opportunities to the partnership;
  • Assist with content pipeline management and new product onboarding;
  • Monitor inventory and assist in requesting restocks;
  • Help with sales report revising and sending process.


PROFILE - WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

  • Be aware of the gaming industry, be a gamer, like games, and play games (duh :P).

  • Excellent writing and communication skills (both English and Portuguese);

  • Organized, able to pass information both to external and internal customers clearly and objectively;

  • Strong sense of urgency and customer focus.

  • Be a solid team player and work well with other people, but also proactive with a strong "go-getter" attitude.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal (Portuguese and English), and comfortable pitching to strangers;
  • Fluent English (will be tested);
  • Be comfortable tackling new challenges, meeting new people, and thinking in an innovative way;
  • Interest in e-commerce and digital sales;
  • Skilled in the Microsoft Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google tools (Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets).

You will have extra points if you:

  • Speak Spanish;
  • Have basic knowledge of Python or SQL;
  • Experience with CRMs;
  • Have previous experience with Monday or other pipeline management systems/tools.
