Sales Acquisition Analyst (BizDev)

We want to reach the next level! To do that, we need a Sales Acquisition Analyst focused on helping us hunt new content, mainly
 prospecting new publishers, games, and business ventures across PC, Mobile, and Web. You'll additionally be tasked assisting our team in on-boarding new partnerships, collecting lead engagement data to help optimize our pitch efforts, coordinating the implementation and setup of a content acquisition pipeline/CRM, and reviewing contracts undergoing redlining.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and approach new relevant partners, develop and adapt (when necessary) the pitch presenting our services, and generate leads for new business opportunities for the company in general;
  • Negotiate the commercial terms of new partnerships, following the process through reviews, adjustments, and comments, solving possible doubts, and the next steps of onboarding closed partnerships (from contract signing to catalog/product launch);
  • Collecting and maintaining leads through CRM, and internally maintaining business information from all business partnerships (active and inactive);
  • Updating and creating reports aimed at success rates in prospecting and/or sales activities, focused on collecting data to generate business intelligence and developing strategies to increase prospecting success rate;
  • Develop new sales initiatives and strategies that can increase and diversify the sales potential and revenue of Nuuvem's catalog, both in large promotional and low sales periods;
  • Regularly update our standard sales pitch presentation and narrative approaches, and create new ones when needed;
  • Maintenance and monitoring of existing partnerships, identifying needs/points for improvement, acting as a point of contact for initiatives with relevant impact, and assisting the Business Team in resolving conflicts/problems that may arise;
  • Monthly update and monitoring of individual and sector KPI's and goals.

📍 This job opportunity is valid for both remote work anywhere in Brazil or face-to-face work (post-pandemic) at our headquarters in Rio de Janeiro.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal (Portuguese and English), and comfortable pitching to strangers;
  • A solid B2B sales background;
  • Experience with CRM or sales pipeline management systems;
  • Be proactive, comfortable tackling new challenges, meeting new people, and thinking in an innovative way;
  • Be passionate about games!;
  • Fluent English (will be tested);
  • Interest in e-commerce and digital sales;
  • Good knowledge of the gaming market, or at least a strong interest in learning more about it;
  • Skilled in the Microsoft Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google tools (Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets).

You will have extra points if you:

  • Speak Spanish;
  • Have previous experience with startups;
  • Have previous experience working in the gaming industry;
  • Have basic knowledge of SQL, VBA, or other database systems.
